Every year Panther Platform Rentals awards a hard working staff member with the title of Employee of the Year. Votes are cast by all staff members of the company to decide who deserves the award.
Since the inception of the scheme, introduced to encourage members of staff to work hard and to the best of their ability, always putting our customer's requirements first, the women have ruled the roost.
Previous winners are as follows:
- 2004 Jo Soames (Kent Depot Manager)
- 2003 Kay Wardley (Basingstoke Depot Manager)
- 2002 Sonia Taylor (Human Resources)
The 2005 trophy was jointly awarded to Louise Beeching (Luton Hire Supervisor) and Emma Sales (HQ Administrator).
